This policy explains the website information SIDHU SERVICES collects, why it is collected and the choices available to you.

This public website collects only the information you choose to provide through transport enquiry and employment expression-of-interest forms. Do not submit passwords, payment-card information, identity documents or other unnecessary sensitive information.

1. Information we collect

Depending on the form you use, we may collect your name, business name, email address, phone number, freight and location details, preferred contact method, employment interests, work experience, licence or qualification information, and a link to a resume or professional profile.

For security and abuse prevention, the form service may also process technical information such as the page address, browser user agent and an irreversibly hashed version of the connecting IP address. The public website does not intentionally store raw IP addresses in the form-submission database.

2. Why we collect it

We use submitted information to:

assess and respond to transport enquiries;
plan potential freight movements;
review employment expressions of interest;
protect the forms from abuse; and
meet legal, safety or operational obligations where applicable.

3. How information is stored

Website form submissions are stored in a restricted Cloudflare D1 database connected to the SIDHU SERVICES Pages project. The website does not place personal information in public static files. Access is limited to authorised people who need it for enquiry or recruitment handling.

4. Sharing

Information may be shared with authorised service providers or transport participants only when reasonably necessary to assess or perform the requested work, manage recruitment, operate the website or meet a legal obligation. SIDHU SERVICES does not sell personal information.

5. Retention

Information is retained only for as long as it is reasonably required for the purpose it was collected, operational recordkeeping, dispute handling and applicable legal obligations. Records that are no longer required are deleted or de-identified.

6. Security

The website uses encrypted HTTPS delivery, restrictive browser security headers, server-side form validation, request-rate controls and no-store response caching for form endpoints. No internet system can be guaranteed completely secure, so only necessary information should be submitted.

7. Your choices

You may request access to, correction of or deletion of personal information, subject to applicable law and legitimate recordkeeping needs. Use the contact form and state that the request concerns privacy.

8. External links

The website may link to a separate SIDHU SERVICES Gear Box application or third-party resume/profile service. Those destinations have their own security and privacy practices.

9. Changes

This policy may be updated when website features, service providers or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are published.
